  • The male employee at this location is untrained and lacks proper communication skills. I waited way too long for verification of my booking and insisted I wait for a pickup sheet, cut 10 minutes out of my explore time and then on pick up I walk in and instead of the person who is untrained saying “ hey you’ll have to wait for her to finish with the other customer because I don’t know how to check you out. He just stood there and then attempted to take another customer in front of me until I said something and then he explained why he wasn’t grabbing my bag. The idea of the service is great however.

  • Super easy drop off and pick up. Staff kept our items safe. UPS store is in a great location. We left our bags for 5 hours and explored downtown Austin. Cheap uber from the UPS store to the airport too. Would come again!
