Luggage storage was great, everything went smoothly and staff were helpful. Would recommend.

Excellent and very polite hosts. To access the storage locker, you need to go into the café; the waiters will help you. Payment is made online through the website, then you show your QR code and they'll take you to the storage locker.

The luggage storage was 3min walk from the station and it's on the way to the canal and the old town. Good, fast and friendly service. Highly recommended.

The place was easy to find and the staff were very friendly. I stopped by on my way from Lisbon to Porto and was able to leave my large luggage there, which made my sightseeing more comfortable.

The woman working there was very helpful and friendly. I recommend using this location.

Safely locked in a back room, but you have to go up in and then back down out the back and it can be crowded. If you’re not solo, I suggest sending one person in while the others stay with all the bags outside and then walking around the storefront to the back door so you don’t have to drag your stuff through the cafe. The later evening ladies’ English skills were a little less than earlier but we managed.

Everything was perfect, the place is close to the train and bus stations, I recommend it to everyone.

Positive experience. Friendly staff. It's a small room separate from the bar. The staff have keys, and you can store your luggage there. No receipt is issued for your luggage (though it should be noted that ours was the only one in storage).

It's a very nice bakery and café, super close to the bus station. The staff is extremely friendly, and even though they didn't understand the language, they made gestures to understand and help you. 100% recommended.
