Very quick and easy. Kind staff. Was hard to find the store; it was further down the street than what the address tells you.

The staff were cheerful and the process went smoothly. You hand over your luggage in exchange for the same ticket stub, so there's no need to worry about mix-ups. When I went to collect my luggage, there was a staff member who spoke a little Japanese, so I enjoyed chatting with them. They also serve coffee and croissants inside the store, but when I went to collect my luggage in the evening, it was almost full and very busy. It's close to the station and the restrooms were clean. I'd like to use it again when I go to Bari.

The staff was very nice. Everything was efficient and with a smile. It was easy to find the storage facilities. We recommend them.

Stuff we’re friendly and everything went well. There was an issue though where in the shops terminal they could see a booking for two small bags, whereas I booked and paid for two large bags. I could provide evidence of that and they were very accommodating, but you might want to check if there are issues in the system.
