  • The location is great, right in the center of Alta City Bergamo, close to the bus stop. Luggage drop-off and pickup were hassle-free. The owner even provided Wi-Fi for us because we didn't have internet access to scan the reservation code.

  • It is nice to drop the luggage with a hotel front desk which is accessible 24 hours with a flat fee. It is much better than using luggage storage place with self service boxes. The online booking system is easy and smooth. Highly recommended!
