Super easy drop off and pick up! Great location in the city, just a few min away from the Reef Fleet Terminal.

The staff were experienced, and the drop-off and pick-up process was very smooth. The location is also excellent.

Unfortunately you are unable to see where you have booked until you have paid. So I was surprised to see that our storage was at a Korean Supermarket with no lockers. However, the lady that helped us was very nice, our bags were stored in a room out the back of the supermarket so we were a little concerned There was no problem with the storage facility and it was a good location in Cairns

Staff are amazing. Felt safe and secure.

The staff were very kind and I was grateful that they were able to communicate with me even though my English was poor. I was able to travel with peace of mind by booking in advance, but it took a long time to check in because I couldn't connect it to my smartphone. I would prefer a system where everything can be done using just a QR code.

Easy to find, nice people

Very friendly people! Super convenient since we had to check out of our hotel 6 hours before our flight. They kept the bags safe while we explored the city a bit more. Highly recommended!

Drop off and pick up staff didn’t communicate well and I didn’t have a badge for my pickup which caused a bit of a confusion.
