I had different individuals for drop off and pick up. I took a pic of my bag before handing it over and showed it when I picked it up which made things very easy.

The location was located in town center (Canada place building) which is so convenient to hop around the downtown. However, to find the location you need to go upstairs using the escalator and then you will see the store on the 2nd floor. After find it everything is perfect. Friendly staff and good storage.
