I had a seamless drop-off and check-out of luggage at Alinace. My things were also safe. Staff were very considerate of some additional requests (i.e. accommodating for an early check-in and late pick-up for a couple of minutes). They were also responsive in communication. Good experience overall.

Everything was done very easily and quickly. Very friendly staff. Just a few minutes' walk from Pier 1.

The area is sketchy but the storage location is fine.

Was first time using bounce, very convenient. Useful to have a place to drop some of your excess luggage when wanting to travel to other places for a few days.
