  • Very handy location, bags were secured in a small room (seemed to be a utility room). Although I had no issues, I would have felt more comfortable if I had been ID checked when collecting my bags or something done to confirm the bags actually belonged to me, but overall it was a smooth process.

  • Slow going to start with, AT NO FAULT OF THERES, we arrived slightly early and minor technical difficulties, but they had not issues with us coming back to get things from our bags, and was no issues collecting our stuff early super friendly and helpful!
