The hotel is in a cute alley, so you have to drag your bag over cobblestones a bit before arriving. Use the doorbell. Totally safe and friendly service.

Everything was great, they checked my suitcase, and since they have 24-hour service, I arrived at 10 pm for my suitcase and they delivered it very quickly.

Chaneged booking and the host could not get the amendment

Fine overall, but needed to wait for doorbell to be answered, and during dropoff, needed to wait for the first person to get a second person to help.

The staff and space are lovely. Highly recommend. There are some stairs involved. But seeing as you’re in Cusco that isn’t too surprising.

The place is super well located, steps from the center and quite safe. However, when we picked up our bags, no one was there, and we had to call and contact them via WhatsApp several times. We encountered other people in the same situation who didn't respond, so if you have a flight, consider that delivery of your belongings could be delayed.

I would definately recommend this luggage drop off. Very nice people there and so helpful.

Easy and convenient way to store your luggage.

The location was very convenient across the road from the airport but a little difficult to find. It was mentioned that there was a bounce sticker on the door but that seemed to have been removed. While drop off and pick up went very smoothly I didn’t receive confirmation when I messaged to finalise the pick up time.

Dropping off and picking up my suitcase was very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a great location but the staff were not prepared for me when I dropped off or picked up by bags. They were responsive when I let them know I was at the door and ready to pick up or drop off though.

we stored our luggage with Nestor for 4 days while we did the Inca trail and it worked out perfectly. He was friendly and professional and drop-off/pick-up was easy.

Very smooth delivery of luggage

With the directions it was easy to find the address, the lady was very friendly. Only when we picked up our bags there was no signal (it was early in the morning) but after a few hours she answered us. I recommend it.

It was hard to find the place because the point in the map is 500m away from the storage. But the host was very helpful.
