Good place If your getting off/on the cruse in my opinion taxi is better theirs a hill and stairs and it was a challenge with two luggage’s. Even though it was a 20/25 minute walk. Overall the guy wise nice.

Staff was very direct and strict with number of bags, but they took my bag even before the time started, because I arrived a bit earlier. So that was no problem at least

This place was the best in every aspect. Best staff, best service. We were kicked from another place for "taking too long" to store our bags. In Ostello, we had time to get ready, use their reception bathroom. Rest for a bit. I recommend Ostello, it really doesn't get better than this.

The depot is located at the Hotel Genziana, but there is another number 7 a few meters to the right which is misleading.

I'm completely satisfied. And it was super close to the train station. Easy to find. Very good! Super friendly people, and so on and so on 😍🙏 I just thought the staff would take my luggage and bring it to the room... they gave me the key, and I was able to bring it in and out myself. Since I had a new MacBook Pro and an iPad in my backpack, among other things, I had a bad feeling; it wasn't as described, that the staff would store the luggage. Luckily, nothing was missing, but anyone who had stored luggage had access to the room and could have stolen things from the backpacks, which often happens in storage rooms. All in all, though, I was happy.

we needed to leave our things for the whole day to take a break from heavy bags, we quickly found this place, they met us and took our things, due to my carelessness I did not keep track of the latest time when you need to pick up your luggage, but the cafe worker assured us that we can still pick up our things and forgave us for such a mistake, I am 1000 times grateful for such good service, by the way, the Aperol in this cafe is also very tasty
