The staff provided a very professional service.

The fact that the luggage wasn’t stored in lockers was a bit uncomfortable. I would have preferred to place it myself in a locked locker.

The communication was excellent, the luggage was well stowed, and the staff was friendly; highly recommended.

Super easy to book & find! We stored luggage here while the lockers at the train station were closed. It was about a 10 min walk from the train station but pretty easy. It’s a hotel and they gave us luggage tags to claim our luggage upon pick up.

The staff were very nice and friendly and the hotel is really not far from the train station. Really convenient.

Enjoyed everything but one thing: the place is really hard to locate. Guys you should either have a sign or name your store in the description. I’ve spent 20 minutes making circles around the place 😕

Unproblematic, fast, nice, good & cheap.

If in doubt, make the outside sign more obvious. The Google ad wouldn't show the business name, and even though we walked past it, we didn't recognize it. Maybe this ad on bounce should also include the name. Otherwise, very friendly staff, we noticed them and felt comfortable. Thank you!

Impeccable service

Getting through to the booking was a bit complicated. When I wanted to go to the relevant offer, I was redirected back a few times. (iPhone/Safari) Otherwise, thank you very much, you saved the day yesterday!
