Fast and easy. Owner already came to us knowing we drop off the bags and we were out after literally 30 seconds again. Picking up was just as easy. Owner saw us coming in and had the bags out before we even reached the desk.

This is a great service. The place we checked our bags is a virtual golf game place in Hiroshima, so at first I was skeptical, but the their hours were very accommodating and the service was excellent and very professional. This makes so much sense. I would not hesitate to use Bounce.com again.

It's less than a 10 minute walk from Hiroshima station. You have to look for the "Brown A" on the sign in front of the building, and you'll see which floor to take the elevator to. They have a small poster with "bounce luggage storage" in front of the door, so it's very easy to find. Staff is super friendly and even game me a snack and a piece of origami when I came to pick up my luggage. Definitely consider for storage if you're in Hiroshima.

It didn't seem entirely trustworthy at first, since you're dropping off your luggage in an office building. But the ladies were incredibly kind, and we got all our luggage back complete and without any losses. The long opening hours were also perfect for us. We'd gladly use them again. Thank you!

I used the staff call button in the lower left corner of the check-in machine to have a staff member come and take care of my luggage. I panicked because I couldn't find the call button, but the staff member who helped me was very kind. I will use this service again.

People over there were very kind. I just want to inform that it’s on 3rd floor. Everything work perfectly ! They Even give us small gifts when we pick Up Our bags. Thanks to them !

The old lady running the shop is very kind and willing to be flexible, though be prepared to help out with the process of drop-off and pick-up. The location is excellent as well, just at the start of the shopping street.
