  • The Bounce experience was very convenient for me. I arrived in Hawaii at 8AM but couldn’t check into my AirBnb until 3PM. It was great not having to carry my duffle bag around for 7 hours. I was able to move freely through Waikiki. The pricing was very reasonable too…I for sure plan to use the service again on my next trip.

  • The drop off/pick up process was very easy, you get a ticket for it so just make sure you don’t forget it anywhere or take a picture! Staff is very nice and helpful, loved that it’s right across Ala Moana super convenient just for a hands free shopping experience.
