If you're staying in San Antonio, this luggage storage location is perfect. Dropping off and picking up was very easy, I felt safe leaving my luggage, and the staff who served me was friendly.

Everything went great!

I only had problems with a gentleman who stayed at night and kicked me out. He was sitting at the reception desk. I thought that gentleman's attitude was unnecessary. The reception desk is a place for anyone to expect anything. I wasn't sleeping or anything. But one day he might need it too. So I left there. All the other employees were very friendly and attentive. They deserve a 10. I had a great impression of the establishment and I recommend staying there.

I picked it up at 11am. But it said it opened at 10am. I arrived early and had to wait a while. So be careful if you're going to get it early and try to pick it up earlier.
