Get down at La Spezia central station. Take the elevator outside station. Get down one level, head towards the location in 100 m. Drop off ypur luggage.

Storage was upstairs in a building. Location was super easy from the train station and close! Both Simone and Elisa were wonderful. I had trouble with my Bounce account and wasn’t getting messages and Elisa came down to find me and help us up. Bags were stored in a different location from the lobby at check in. Pics were taken for security. We needed to adjust our bag total and it was simple through the app. Communication with hosts were great throughout the whole process. When we were ready for pick up we forgot to notify 45 minutes ahead but Simone was helpful and came to release our bags so we could make our train. We had a great experience and was new to bounce so it was a pleasant and convenient service!

The only problem we had was being unable to pick up the bags early as it closed between 1 and 4 on a Sunday. This was shown on the store front but we didn’t realise until too late ! The app should show where there are unusual opening hours in case bags needed back urgently.
