  • Overall pleasantly surprised. It was my first time using Bounce. This spot is a store in an office building. The staff were courteous, and the pickup was great. Only downside is for folks with mobility issues, there’s a short walk up a flight of stairs, which could be difficult for some with large bags. Not a problem for me though
