  • Lovely guy- turns out we could only check rucksacks and not suitcases but took our suitcases anyway, asked when we would need them ready for our train and made sure they were behind the counter 10 mins before we were collecting. Also advised us to take photos of our tag numbers in case we lose them. Kid was also adorable and a great supervisor in his little baby bouncer!
