The staff was fantastic! A safe location! A very convenient option! Cheaper than checked baggage or shipping! Close to the airport by Grab (100-150 pesos). Very close to bus lines (walking distance). Highly recommended!

Simple process

1. I did not trust just a link on FB page, it did not look legit nor updated. I trusted bounce more. Until bounce announced a new site inside T3 which is a colab with L&MStorage, thats when i booked online under bounce… 2. Receiving was ok, but the pick up not so because the reception staff was not looking at me, while theyre looking at the computer more, like there was no communication of whats going on ( actually the wifi was slow )… its like i am being snobbed… good thing i have photos of the number ( luggage number) and suggested more a manual approach should they cannot open the data from the computer… i did not like that, they had to ask for the bar code twice …

This is an excellent service. Raphael is so friendly and helpful! We left our bags here for 2 weeks and had no issues, you can trust that they are safe. Raphael also gave us some tourist tips for the local area & the language 😄 definitely recommend.

The counter is in the hotel lobby on the first floor. Quickly handed in, quick to receive.

Booking online was easy. It was easy to drop off my bags with the QR code. I took a picture of the bags with the number for my records. Staff was quick to help us both times. All around good service.
