They were placed behind the counter in the store and we were told they would be watched at all times.

Perfect drop off and pick up! Would recommend if you’re interested in being central to Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown!

Drop off and pick up were super easy and I had no problems. I did have to wait a little bit in line due to other customers, but the staff members that helped me were very hospitable and friendly. Would definitely drop off my luggage here again.

Location was great. Confused on where in the building the UPS store was. Saying the the store location was on the 18th street side would be helpful. Outside of that the staff member was great and he pulled our bags out for us before we arrived to make the process easier.

The front desk attended Sinhala was awesome.

Very quick and easy transaction. The staff member was very helpful. She scanned my QR code in the app, put tags on our bags, we took a photo, then we returned and she viewed our photo and quickly got the bags for us. Highly recommend this location.

Dropoff was fine. Pickup was okay but the clerks couldn't get the scanner to read my receipt--I think this was the technology's fault, not the clerks'. So I had to fumble through my phone, pull up the app and show them the QR code. Again, I think the fault lies with the tech, not the clerks.

Great first experience with Bounce! Lovely woman working the front and I felt good about leaving my things here. Bags are placed behind a wall separator. Snagged a sandwich before leaving. I’ll definitely be back

Convenient location and easy check-in.

The restaurant said it opens at 9am but it wasn't when I went there. We had to wait until 1045am before it was open. Please update your opening hours to accurately reflect your actual opening hours.

Everyone that helped us was amazing! All our stuff went behind a locked door. We had no concerns about our belongings. Thank you for everything!
