  • Very smooth process to pickup and drop off. UPS employee scans barcode and tag your luggage. Once you return for pickup they check your receipt and hand over your luggage. Location close to PHX. Very good first time experience using Bounce.

  • Easy drop off and pick up. Let me use the restroom. Close to public transportation to easy to go to downtown phoenix or Tempe. Staff was kind enough to show me that I could walk to the airport tram to get to my terminal in just a few minutes so no need to overpay for an uber!
