Guy who helps us was great.

Issue with initial drop off because location checked me in before I arrived. When I did arrive I accidentally showed them the pickup code which closed out the order and I had to place a new reservation. We got it figured out but I did have to pay for it twice Overall the pickup was great the second time

I really think it was the smoothest process and so convenient, I dropped my bags off and they understood what I was there for and then I came back to get my bags. It was super fast and easy

I got to Pittsburgh at 10 am and wanted to do some sight seeing without carrying my luggage around with me. Found this spot and had no problems dropping my stuff off. When I got back, the worker was quick to bring me my bags out. Would definitely recommend to those who can’t leave their bags at their airbnb early.

Easy to drop off/pick up luggage.

I had never heard of bbouncebut needed to store my luggage. After checking out here in Pittsburgh. It was so convenient to leave all my bags for 6 hours by way to the city for going to the airport
