This was the best one of these places I have ever used. Quick, friendly and organized. Loved it.

Had a few hours to spare after checkout and needed somewhere to store luggage before heading to the airport. Super easy to book via the app. UPS Store was only a 7-minute walk away. The UPS staff were friendly and helpful, and the process worked like clockwork.

Staff was courteous and to the point. I received my luggage back safely.

Good experience, has cool collection of old Macs and Ataris to look at and they nice and close to convention area, thumbs up!

I never write reviews for anything but I wanted to help someone out if they’re ever in a similar situation and are doing research. This app is legit and a great option honestly. It was the cheapest easiest alternative to having to check out of a hotel when you’re flight is still hours away. Would recommend 100%

The confirmation listed my storage location as being in San Jose not Sherman Oaks. I was very nervous that I was given a reservation in the wrong location. Luckily it was correct and just listed wrong. Please correct that UPS Store 6884 is in Sherman Oaks CA. The storage venue itself was a good experience.

Although the location and the store was in a bit of a sketchy area, the service was good and reliable. Luggage was all safe and secure through the day

System did not successfully end my reservation when I picked up my luggage and I was concerned that I would be charged for extra storage time. The owner worked to make sure it was ended after I left. Great service, middling software.

They’re really nice and quick depending on the line and everything. I was in and out dropping off and picking off my bags.
