Really nice place, I mean really nice. Your luggage is secured away in a side room so not out in the open. The staff are absolutely lovely as well, really nice. Perhaps the best thing is that there's a nice clean and tidy bathroom that you can use as well. Excellent place if you're just after travelling and need to use the bathroom as well as drop your bags off.

The lady was very nice, however the application wasn't easy to use. She had to do the checkout herself because I couldn't manage it.

Location, a 10-minute walk from the station. Perfect for dropping off bags and heading straight to the Arena. Perfect drop-off point! They took photos of the bags upon delivery, and they were returned to us that way. Very convenient and highly recommended.

The location was perfect, maybe 150 meters from our accommodation. We were in Verona, near Porta Vescovo. We left two pieces of luggage there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use. It's best to connect to the Wi-Fi on-site. Suitcases and bags are tagged, and you receive a receipt that you present when you pick them up. You don't need cash; everything is cashless. It was a great relief for us to know that our luggage was safe while we used the time to do some shopping or take care of other errands.

Location was central, service was great dropping off my bag and picking it up! Very happy, 100% would recommend!

The experience was great, super nice, but be mindful that your bags are not locked in a room, they are just left in the main space where all customers go. The cashier is looking for them, but still, it's nervous to leave them like that

It took me less than 1 minute to drop off the suitcase and pick it up.

It's only a 7-minute walk from Verona train station. The staff were very helpful; after asking for our names and attaching the tags to our suitcases, they reminded us to pick them up before 7:00 PM, as they only open until then.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had booked the place until 6:30 pm, and while I was on my way to pick up our bags, I messaged them through the app. They kindly replied saying there was no rush and that they would be open until 7:30 pm. Great communication and genuinely kind service!

It was my first time using bounce and I didn’t know how it worked. When I entered the cafe, the girl at the counter immediately asked me how she could help me and her male colleague noted my name etc to put my bag away. When I came back I saw that they tied the straps of my plastic bag (which was very handy since it was a plastic bag that I did not close) which I really appreciated it. They also worked very fast, I think it took a minute both times (the drop off and pick up) which was also nice since I was in a hurry.

That’s the best Bounce experience we had: the staff was super friendly and helpful, we had no problems with our luggage, the system to mark our belongings was clear and we felt safe. Best of all: the place where you can leave your luggage also has free access to a rest room. Overall, congrats to the staff that is running this.
