  • Easy process and convenient location for bussing with luggage. The guy at the shop also gave me a paper number token to identify my bags but it's a bit small and easy to lose in such a windy city.

  • They were very welcoming they were expecting me and it was a smooth check in and check out. Picked up a snapper card as well and they advised me how it works. Great service as I don’t want to lug my bag around Wellington. I’ll definitely use it again.

  • Went onto google reviews to see Bounce was in the city stop shop. Made sense but initially tricky to find as was unsure whether it was down the alley to the left and couldn’t see a Bounce sign advertising. May have just not looked hard enough though. Store is in a good spot to browse around town and bag was placed out the way and out of view of anyone else which is good. Felt secure.
