• What is Bounce’s affiliate program?

  Get rewarded for referring your customers to Bounce! Joining the Bounce affiliate program is a great way to earn extra money and give your customers a convenient and secure way to store their belongings without any extra hassle.

  
  

  When affiliates refer their customers to Bounce with their unique link, affiliates earn a 10% commission on every completed booking. Affiliates can also choose to give their customers 10% off luggage storage instead of earning a 10% commission.

• How does the affiliate program work?

  Each affiliate gets their own unique referral link to send to their customers. Whether your audience is online or in-person, you can share your link through your website, social media, emails, in your business, or any other channels you have.

  
  

  When someone clicks on your link and makes a booking, you earn a 10% commission on every bag stored. Or if you’d rather give your customers a discount, you can offer them 10% off instead of earning commission.

  
  

  Affiliates get paid every month, with no minimum payout amount.

• How do I sign up for the affiliate program?

  To sign up, go to our affiliate program page, fill out the registration form, and submit your application. Once approved, you'll receive your unique referral link and get access to our affiliate dashboard.

• What is the commission rate?

  We pay a 10% commission on every successful booking made through your affiliate link. If you'd rather give your customers 10% off their luggage storage booking, you can do that instead of earning a 10% commission.

• How and when do I get paid?

  Get paid every month via Stripe! Once you join and get access to your affiliate portal, you'll need to set up your Stripe account to get paid.

  
  

  At the end of each month, we’ll calculate your total commissions and process your payment via Stripe. Payments are automatically made within the first week of the following month.

• Is there a minimum payout threshold?

  No, there is not. You'll always get paid what you earned for that month, no matter how much it is.

• Can I track my referrals and earnings?

  Absolutely! Once you join the affiliate program, you’ll have access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track your bookings and earnings.

• Are there any restrictions on how I can promote my affiliate link?

  We encourage you to share your link through various channels like email, social media, or your website. But you should never spam others, spread misleading claims, or violate the terms and conditions of the platforms where you promote your link.

  
  

  Violating any of these guidelines will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account. For detailed guidelines, refer to our affiliate terms and conditions.

• What marketing materials are provided?

  We offer a variety of marketing materials upon request including banners, logos, and promotional text to help you effectively refer your customers to Bounce.

• Who can join the affiliate program?

  Our affiliate program is open to anyone whose audience can benefit from using Bounce like property managers, local tourism companies, bloggers, influencers, travel websites, and more. If you think your customers could benefit from using Bounce, we’d love to have you as an affiliate!
